THE KING'S ARBITRARY METHODS. THE CROWN PRINCE BANISHED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 23. The Madrid correspondent of the "Daily Express" asserts that King Carlos has, banished the Crown Prince of Portugal for remonstrating on the inadvisability of continuing a practical dictatorship which was turning Portugal into a hotbed of republicans and anarchists, endangering the dynasty. The prince is under the influence of a party desiring Carlos to abdicate in his son's favour.
