The Changsha brings news as to soma uneasiness being felt about the safety of the steamer Varzin, with 200 Koreans aboard. The vessel is reported to have' struck a mine and sunk after leaving Vladivostock. The Qhunchuses are proving very troublesome. Several Europeans have been murdered, and the steward of the steamer Hornby Grange was found dead' in the street with a hole through one hand as if made by a bayonet or bullet. i
