TN CHAMBERS. Saturday, October 13
(Before bis Honor Mr Justice Cooper.) A motion, on petition, for an order sanctioning sale, in re Kyran Brophy, deceased (Mr Kippenborgor) was ordered to stand over, to be placed before Mr Justice Denniston.
In ro Michael O’Connor (Air Williams), Emily Acland (Mr Wilding) and Thomas O’Driscoll (Mr Johnston) tire Registrar’s report was confirmed. Probate was granted in tiro estate of John Brico (Mr Johnston). In the case of Wallace v. Wallace (Mr Graham), bus Honor made a special direction in regard to the service of parties; no further proceedings to bo taken until guardians ad litem were airpointed. The date of hearing was fixed nominally for November 30. Letters of administration were granted in re-George Edwards (Mr Papprill), and re Millicent M. Hart (Mr Kippenbergerl, with one surety of £75.
'ln Brittain v. the Cleveland Company, his Honor made an order for certain interrogatories, to be answered by November 13. Mr Dougall, for the defendant company, appeared in support of the application, and Mr Beswick for, the plaintiff. The question of costs was reserved. An application for a special jury was granted in the same case.
