PERTH, January 8. , A man named Phillips has been arrested, on a charge of screening a murderer at Singapore, and remanded for extradition. RECIPROCITY. (Received January 4, 1.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, January 3. Mr Deakin has received a communication from the Premier of Natal that he will do his utmost to facilitate any proposal for reciprocity between Australia and South Africa. The whole question is likely to be considered by the Scuth African Convention, which will probably meet in February.
