THE SCOW COLLISION.
♦ I [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, January 3. ,At the Magisterial inquiry to-day into the collision between the scows Rambler and Jap, in Cloudy Bay, the Court found that the accident was duo to want of judgment on the part of the captain of the Jap. It was not a case in which the captain’s certificate should bo dealt with, but he was.ordered to pay £6 6s, costs of the inquiry.
