Bnlow, replying to Herr Bebel, added that the British belief in Germany’s evil intentions was caused by the Socialists perpetually representing Germany to bo a disturber of the peace. ITe warned the Socialists not to proceed with words or deeds of this nature, otherwise they would see what would follow.
