ROAD BOARDS.
TEMPLETON. The Templeton Road Board met on March 30 ; - present— Messrs G. Witty (chairman}, Bailey, Davis and Fowler. A letter was received front the secretary of the Selwyn Road Boards' Association regarding the.work done during the last year. The clerk was instructed to write in appreciation of the work carried out. Tenders for leases of reserves were then laid on the table. It was decided to accept th« offer of Mr F. A. Thomson, for reserve 336. Accounts were passed for payment as follows:—General account £55 4s lOd, tramway rate £lO5 3s, River Board rate £36 15s 2d, hospital and charitable aid rate £96 13s lOd; total £293 16s 3d.
