Dhunken-ness. —Kate Moore, with ono luindr-ecl and twenty-eight previous convictions recorded-against her, was fined 10s, or, in default, forty-eight hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness, and was sentenced to ono month's imprisonment for importuning.—Two first offenders were each fined 5s and costs, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness. James Lynch was fined 10s and costs, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. AIAMttKT) Imieoext Assattw.—-David Sandford appeared, on remand, on two charges of committing incest with his two daughters, Ellen,-twenty years of age, and Mary, aged fifteen, at Belfast. Mr Russell appeared for the accused. After hearing evidence, the Bench committed the accused for trial. Tjik By-laws.—For riding a bicycle after dark, without a light, Andrew Robertson was fined 255, and costs 7s.—Meshack John was fined 2s 6d and costs 7s for leaving a vehicle unattended. Theft. —George Johnston, alias C. Jones (Mr ■ Cassidy), was 'sentenced to" throe months' imprisonment for stealing a quantity of articles, value £5, the property of K. Zimmerman.

Probation'.—Albert Edward Hunt, who had been remanded for the report of the Probation Officer, on a, charge of stealing a purse containing £lO, now came before the Magistrate. The report being favourable the accused was placed on probation for six months, and ordered to refund the money at the rata of 10s per week.
