TO THE EDITOR. Sir.—At the hist meeting of the Otago Central Railway League, attention was drawn to an article appearing in yihir paper of Feb. T. As this article, was evidently written by one not altogether conversant, with Central Otago and its capabilities, I was instrncted to forward to yon the enclosed pamphlets, etc., bearing on the subject.
