CYCLING.
The Secretary of the Christchurch Cycling Club has received a. letter from the Mayor of Christchurch, stating that Mrs Wigram, the Lady Mayoress, has consented t.o decorate the winner of the New Zealand Wheel Race with the Blue llibbon of New Zealand, at Lancaster Park, on Anniversary Day.
