COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
[Pkr Press Association*.] BLENHEIM, Dec. 10. A man named J. Eckford was charged to-day with, threatening a fiaxmill hand with a guu and knife and burning down his camp. Accused pleaded provocation, saying that the fiaxmill hands played dirty jokes on him. On the former charge accused was hound over to keep the peace, and on the latter committed for trial.
