United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. A SURVEYING CRUISE. SYDNEY, Dec. 10. The Dart has returned from a cruise in, the Pacific. She made a complete survey of the harbours and anchorages of Ysabel Island, recently acquired from Germany. BURGLARY IN SYDNEY. Burglars entered the house of Mr Gollin, a well-known city merchant, at Woollahra, and secured five hundred pounds' worth of jewellery. '■'- A COMPLIMENT. (Received Dec. 10, 7 p.m.) Mr James Mills, of tho Union Company, was entertained! 'by the delegates at tho Shipowners' Conference and representatives of all the Australian shipping, -companies at luncheon on tho harbour. Tho AttorneyGeneral, 'Mr Wise, in proposing the toast of tho 'Union Company, eulogised it as an institution of .which all Australians were proud.. Bishop Doyle, of Lismore, sup•norted Mr Wise's remarks.
