THE NEW HEBRIDES.
United Press Association—By Electrio T el egraph—Copyri^n'ti. MELBOURNE, Nov. 13.
The Presbyterian Assembly discussed the New Hebrides- speeches. Members strongly opposed the French efforts to gain control of the islands. The Rev J.
