ARREST OF GERMAN DIRECTORS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. BERLIN, Sept. 29. Herren Doeim and Herminger, directors of the Rheinan Madieim Chemical Company, of Germany, have been arrested on a charge of falsifying the company’s hooks so as to conceal gradual business losses absorbing an entire capital of £125,000.

Robert Harding Mil-ward 1 , a leading BirminghaSi solicitor, lias been arrested on charges of large misappropriation of Trust funds.
