DUNEDIN, June 23. , The new'Law Courts were opened to- ;: day, in the presence of the Acting-Premier, the Ministers of Justice and Lands, Justices Williams and Cooper, and a very larg« gathering of the Otago Bar. ,Tho proceedings lasted an hour. The main features were impressive addresses delivered' by Sir Joseph Ward, Mr Justice Williams, Mr Hanlon (the President, of the local Law Society), and Mr Allan Holmes, one of the oldest members of the Bar.
