TERRIFIED CONVICTS. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Oapyrifrh't. BUCHAREST, June 22. A fire destroyed a prison at Bucharest. Six hundred prisoners threw themselves at the iron doors, screeching for mercy, and cursing their gaolers, who were afraid to unlock the doors in the absence of soldiers. On troops arriving, the doors were unlocked. The prisoners tried to escape, but were driven back by the bayonets of the military. A
