DISSATISFACTION AT A VERDICT. United Press Association—By Eleotrij Telegraph—Copyrigh I, BERLIN, August 22. The whole of "the German Press is indignant at the condemnation of Marten on charges of mutiny and murder on what as described as the flimsiest evidence. The papers declare that, unless the conviction is qtfashed, there will ]po a gross miscarriage of justice. The prosecution merely insisted on a case of manslaughter.
