Drunkenness. —Thomas Park, alias Robinson, was fined 5s and costs, in default, .twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. .Sureties of thk Peace. —Harry Graham (Mr Gassidv) was alleged to have assaulted Thomas Bree ■■Gaffney (Mr Kippenberger) on Mulv 26. and the complainant asked that the accused might be bound over to keep the peace. Graham admitted the offence and consented to the surety.
