At the Police Court this morning, Ckorge Francis Robinson, a Government • Engineer, was charged with the manslaughter of the three men who were killed at the Dunback Limekiln, Mr Fraser, who appeared for the police, ask- ■ ■ed for a remand until Wednesday next, to Palmerston, which was granted, and hail in one surety oE £2OO, and two others of. £IOO each, was allowed, and was immediately forthcoming.
