THE DROWNING CASE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—-In your issue of to-day lam reported to have made a post mortem examination on the poor woman "found drowned " in the Park. Your reporter is mistaken, as I have received no communication from the police on the subject; notwithstanding the fact that the deceased was well-known to me for some years as an inmate of the Jubilee Home, and had been attended; recently by me a ince J une 8 - Moreover, I was in conversation with her for about an. hour before (according to your reporter), she left her home.— I am, etc., GEOFF.
