BAND CONCERT.

Lang before eight o'clock last evening, people began to, stream into the'Canterbury. Hall. The attraction, was the second orchestral concert given by the band of th*J Boyal ■ Marines from the Ophir. By + lns time that the concert commenced, it was impossible to obtain seating 'accommodation in any part of the hall, and large numbers of people were standing. The concert was quite as successful as the'first. It met with the hearty appreciation of ■ the audience, every it-em being applauded.
