NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Application is intended to be made in the ensuing Session of the General Assembly of New Zealand for leave to introduce a Bill having for its object the purchase in the name of the King out of funds at the disposal of the Templeton Domain Board derived from the Domain under its control, of one or'more pieces of land for public recreation .purposes for the Township of Temple? ton, Yaldhurst and Hornby, or at the discretion of the Board for any one or more of such Townships, excluding the others or other of them, provided nevertheless that the Minister of Lands shall in each case be satisfied that the position of the land is suitable and the price reasonable, and that such piece ox pieces of land shall,on being conveyed to the King, be subject to “ The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and shall bo under the control of the Templeton Domain Board.
