Terrace, Christchurch; to MAKE and LEW a GENERAL. RATE of One Shilling ’in the Pound (which is equivalent to a Rate of Three I Farthings in' the Pound ,on the capital value) over that portion of the' City of Christchurch lying within the districts of "The City of Christchurch’’ and “Christchurch Suburban" (as defined by the Christchurch Drainage, Board), and a GENERAL RATE of Sixpence in the Pound (which is equivalent to i Rate of Three-eighths of a Penny in the Pound on the capital value) over that portion of the North-east Ward of the City of Christchurch lying within the district _of ", Rural Avon (as defined by the Christchurch Drainage" Board), made under the provisions ;of "The Eating Act, 1894,” for the period commencing on the Ist day of January, 1901, and ending on the Slst day of December, 1901.
