THE NEW SOUTH, WALES TOUR. [Pkr Press Association.] WELLINGTON, June 21. At a meeting of the Management Com, m-ittee of the New Zealand Rugby Union to-night, a motion, that the Union should take all the gate receipts in connection-with the tour of the New South Wales team was lost, and . the following,,amendment was agreed to: —“ That the Unions - concerned be asked-to take control .of the match to be played in each respective _district, and guarantee to-the New Zealand Union £125 each in the case of Wellington, Auckland and Otago, £75 for Canterbury, £SO each for Wanganui and Southland, or, as an alternative, that each Union give the whole net proceeds to the New Zealand Union.” All arrangements are now complete for the matches at Lancaster Park to-day, when the Canterbury representative team plays Nelson and the Christ College Rifles meet Wellington College Rifles. The games will start at 3 p.m.- . , On Friday afternoon a match was played on Kaiapoi Park between the Petone School Cadets and the local schoolboys, which..resulted in a very easy -yin for the visitors by 34 points to nil.,
