DETAILS OF THE FRENCH SCHEME. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, June 19. In the Chamber of Deputies M. Oaillaux, the Minister of Finance, explained the details of the old age pension scheme. He said the schem© would require a capital fund of twelve million francs. Tho State would contribute at the outset fifteen million francs, and gradually increase its contribution in sixteen years to ninety million francs, and then gradually reduce it to forty-five million francs.
