That, in addition to the Security provided by Section 122 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, the Council pledges as security for such Loan the revenues as a whole of the Corporation ox the City of Christohurch not 'heretofore pledged or appropriated as seourity for any Loan. That the whole Loan, without any sinking fund, shall be repayable on the 30th day of June, 1930.
