EXTRA Express train Timaru to Christchurch.—Timaru dop. 4.30 p.m., Ashburton 6.26, Rakaia 7.2, Christchurch arr. 8.25. Stops to set down at Chertsey, Duusandel, Rctleston and Hornby. SATURDAY, JUNE 22nd. ■LYTTELTON LlNE.—After the 7.20 a.m. train, from Christchurch and 7.20 a.m. tram from Lyttelton, the ordinary ’timetable will be suspended, and trains will leave Christchurch for Lyttelton at 7.55, 8.30, 9.5, 9.40, 10.20 a.m., 12.20, 12.55, 1.30, 2.5, 2.40, 3.15, 3.50, 4.25, 5.0, 5.35, 6,10, 6.45, 7.20, 7.55, 8.30, 9.15, 9.50, .10.25, 11.20 p.m.; and Lyttelton for Christchurch, at 8.30, 9.5, 9.40, 10.20, 11.45 a.m., 12.20, 12.55, 1.30, 2.5, 2,40, 3.15, 3.50, 4.25, 5.0, 6.35, 6.10, 6,45, 7.20, 7.55, 8.80, 9.5, 9.50, 10.25, 11.0, 11.55 p.m. All stopping at intermediate stations. NORTH LINE.—A train for passengers from the Eyreton branch, Kaiapoi, Belfast, Papanui, Riccarton and Addington will leave Kaiapoi for Christchurch at 8.57 a.m., Belfast 9.12, Papanui 9.25, Addington 9.39. Late train Christchurch to Springfield and Whitecliffs at 10.45 p.m. ASHBURTON AND METHVEN.—Train from Ashburton at 6.40 a.m., taking passengers from Ashburton for Christchurch only. Does not ■ stop at intermediate stations. Train from Ashburton at 6.55 a.m., Chertsey 7.35, taking passengers also from Fairfield and Droraoro. Any passengers for stations between Rakaia and Christchurch can transfer at Rakaia into the following train: Train from Methven to Christchurch at 6.35 turn., Lauriston 7.10, Rakaia 8.0, Dunsandel 8.31, -Selwyn 8.40, Burnham 9.3, stops at all stations up to Burnham if required, then sets down only between Burnham and Christchurch. ) The ordinary morning trains from Ashburton to Christchurch and Methven to Rakaia will' NOT run. The ordinary 4.40 p.m. train from Christchurch will run to Methven instead of Ashburton, at usual times, taking passengers for stations Burnham to Methven inclusive. A train taking passengers from Christchurch for Chertsey, Dromore, Fairfield and Ashburton only, will leave Christchurch at 5.45 p.m., Rakaia 7.39, Chertsey 7.55, Ashburton arr. 8.30. Late train Christchurch to Ashburton and Methven at 0.45 p.m. The 11.0 a.m. Ashburton to 'Christchurch, the 7.15 a.m. Christchurch to Islington and the 5.10 p.m. Islington to Christchurch trains will not run. On June 22nd, 24th and) 25th goods and live stock -afflo will be entirely suspended. On the 25-u the poods train, with car attached, from Littie River to Lincoln and back, will NOT run.
