DIX’S GAIETY COMPANY.
On Saturday evening there was a large attendance at the Opera House, when Dis’s Gaiety- Company submitted the thirty-third weekly change of programme, Mr George Dean made his reappearance with the company, and was well received. Miss Connie Devereaux sang a pretty ballad, entitled “ When my Rover Comes Again.” Miss Nora Martin, sang “Three Wishes,” a pretty ballad. Little Nina was again successful with her singing and dancing. Mr Frank Clark had to sing three songs in the. first part before the audience was satisfied. The feature of the second part was the comic singing of Clark and Cowan. The Gonzales-Sisters, Misses Olive Lenten and Lottie Lome were successful with the-;r new items. Mr John Coleman was a great favourite, all his songs being encored, The same programme wrill be repeated every evening this week.
