PORT NICHOLSON REGATTA. [Pi:n Prkss Association'.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 16. At the Port. Nicholson Yacht Club's races to-day Waitangi easily defeated Rainbow over a thirteen mile course, in reef.breeze. Starting 2min ssec after the Rainbow the Waitangi finished .2min. 41sec in front, and as the latter was in' receipt of ton mimiles time allowance she, therefore, won by 14min. 46sec. The Rainbow was sailed by Mr E. C. E. Mills, and the Waitangi by' Mr D. Howard. RAVENSBOURNE REGATTA.. . [Per Prkss Association.] DUNKDJN, Feh. 16. i\t the Ravensbounie Regatta, Trilby-won the First-class Yacht Race, Waitii'i-'the Second-class, and Rambler the Third-class. The North End Crew won- the Maiden Fouroared Outrigged Gig Race, with the Dunedin Boating Club second.
