ANNUAL MEETING. [Pes, Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Fek 16. The Standard Insurance- Company's income during the year 1900, including the balance caried forward from the previous year, was £98,707, and the expenditure £79,514. An interim dividend, declared in June, absorbed £2812. The Directors recommend the carrying of £SOOO to reserve, which will then stand at £25,000, and apportioning £2812 to tho payment of a halfyearly dividend at the rate of % per cent, £1875 to the payment of a bonus and the carrying forward of £5692.
