j l ' [Fbom Oub Correspondent.] y DUNEDIN, Feb. 14. ■ The Hon H. Gourley has been appointed chairman of the Otago Harbour Board for a further term. He has now held the position for about twelve years. The “Star” strongly supports Mr Justice .Williams’s suggestion, that the Government jfhonld request the Chief ox “ Hansard ” .staff-to frame regulations so as to enable the provisions of'the Short-Hand Reporter's 'Act of last session being utilised in the law courts.
