BUBONIC PLAGUE.
RAVAGES IN WESTERN SIBERIA. MANY THOUSAND DEATHS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ST PETERSBURG, Feb. 13. The plague is raging in the Khirghiz Steppes, in Western Siberia. Many thousands of people have died between Semiplatinsk and Oranberg. The Russian Government has despatched flying medical columns and a quarter of a million roubles’ worth of wheat for the sufferers.
