NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 73 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” that the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Sydenham, commonly called the Sydenham Borough Council, hereinafter called “ Council,” at a Special Meeting of the ’ Council, held on February 4th, 1901, adopted a resolution to make a “Special Order” to authorise the Council■ to BORROW and RAISE, by way of SPECIAL LOAN, under the ■ provisions of Section 155 of the Said Act, the SUM of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING, to clear off the overdraft of the Council on March 31st, 1900.
