BUBONIC PLAGUE.
THE OUTBREAK IN CAPE TOWN. /United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received Feb. 14, 12.10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. Dr Edhigton, the Government bacteriologist, states that the rats at Gape Town* are rtot suffering from bubonic plague, but the other doctors differ from ihim. A metal enclosure has been formed* round the immense stocks of rat-infested military forage at Cap© Town, in order to insure the destruction of the vermin before the forage is removed.
