A COAL DIFFICULTY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. PERTH, Feb. 13. A Commission has been appointed to inquire into the Collie coal difficulty. In the meantime the men will return to work at the old rates, SYDNEY, Feb. 13. The wheelers, who were imprisoned for being responsible for the recent stoppage at the Stockton colliery, have been released. The miners who struck in. support of the lads will consequently resume work.
