PACIFICATION OF THE ISLAND. [Pee Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Feb. 13. Dr Solf, the German Governor at Samoa, stated that the Mataafa natives surrendered with 1500 guns, on the Emperor’s birthday, Jan. 27, and all are now in. There is-no further fear of. -trouble. Dr Solf Is now arranging with the Dutch Indies for a supply of Malay labqur for the plantations in the islands.
