The Boer invasion of Portuguese territory is intended to facilitate r the landing of an Austrian cargo of contraband gdods at Kode Bay. British and Portuguese war vessels are alert. (Kosie Bay is on tie sea Coast of Amatbngaland, about fifty miles south of Delag'oa Bay.) ,
