Journalists, begs to offer its respectful and hearty congratulations to the Hon Sir Robert Stout, late Hon Counsel to the Institute on his appointment as Chief Justice of New Zealand, and desires to place on record its high sense of the unrayingj kindness with which his distinguished abilities were always placed at the services of the Institute, in his capacity as its Honorary! Legal Adviser."
