NORTH ISLAND TOURNAMENT. [Per Press Association.] GISBORNE, Jan. 10. The following are results; ■Wellington beat Napier by 21 to 13, Palmerston North beat'Victoria .by 21 to 20, Auckland beat Ma-sterton by 20 to 15, Gisborne beat Ponsonby by 30 to 10, Bluff Hill beat Newmarket by 24 to 21, Hastings beut Mount Eden by 26 to 17, Whataupoko beat Kaiti by 16. to 16. Gisborne has won the championship, as the matches to be played to-morrow cannot affect the result. . This -afternoon a match was played between the local teams and the visitors, eleven rinks a. side, and resulted in a win for the visitors ■by 30 points. The following is the position of the clubs in the tournament matches:
