Any member knowing of objections to applicants and not stating them when making application, -shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten shiillinga (10s). No member shall discontinue his membership without giving at least three months! written notice to the Secretary, nor until -such member has paid all fees or duos payable by him to the Association, and such fees may be sued; for by law.” 8933 H.
