THE SEAMEN'S DISPUTE. [Per Press Association.] _ WELLINGTON, Jane 17. The Conciliation Board has given its award in the seamen’s dispute. It. refuses to raise or lower 'the wages, overtime to stand as now, but surfing to be paid Is 9d per hour in the Lyttelton, Wellington, Nelson and Manukau trade.
