AMATEUR ATHLETICS.
The committee of the'Canterbury Amateur Athletic Clubs Protection Association met in the Pioneer Bicycle Club rooms on Friday, when correspondence was received from the Avon Bowing Club, Kaiapoi Football Club and. Kaiapoi Cricket Club. The Sydenham Hockey Club was affiliated, to the Association, and a number of names of defaulters were, submitted. The Secretary was instructed to send notices to each man, and to the affiliated clubs. ’■
