THE PREMIER IN AUCKLAND.

The Premier reached Auckland about ten o’clock this morning. A great number of people were present to meet him at the railway station, and he was welcomed by the Town Clerk. To-morrow the Premier will meet a deputation of old men, who will congratulate him on passing the Old Age Pensions Bill. Me will also receive a deputation of solicitors, who will thank him for passing the Law Practitioners Act. On Monday night the Premier will attend a meeting of the New Zealand Masonic Grand Lodge, and will also receive a deputation from the Auckland-Taraaaki Railway League. The Premier will visit the Thames.
