FUNERALS.
On Saturday afternoon the funeral of the late Mr Charles Young, of Kaiapoi, took place at the Rangiora Presbyterian Cemetery, and was attended by a large gathering of relatives and friends, amongst the latter being, many of those who had associated wifh the deceased from the infant days of settlement.
