Monday.—Rotorua, leaves for Wellington, Picten and Nelson. Kini leaves for Dunedm. Hie steamer Penguin arrived in port on Saturday afternoon, from Wellington, and proceeded on to Dunedin. She is to be docked at the southern, port and will then proceed to Tasmania, The steamer Ooaah, now running between Melbourne and Hobart, will come to New Zealand; in December to engage in the coastal passenger trade, while the Maraxoa will relieve the Oonah during the remainder of the season, in the Hobart-Melbourne service. The schooner Jessie Niccol arrived in port on Saturday with a cargo of timber, from Kaipara. The New Zealand Shipping Company s barque Onawa was floated out of the graving dock on Saturday forenoon, and berthed at No. 6 wharf. The direct liner Perthshire loft port on Saturday afternoon for Bluff, She loaded a quantity of meat at this port for London. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s mer Wqimate arrived from London, via Dunedin, on Saturday forenoon. She brings soma 1300 tons of merchandise, for, this porte and was engaged , throughout Saturday discharging,, Captain Jaggard is still in command, with Mr E. Moorehouse chief officer, Mr A.
