RANGIORA HORSE PARADE.

The Northern Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s annual parade of stallions was held at Bangiora yesterday, in a paddock lent by Mr EL Jones. There were thirteen horses on the ground, four of those entered not putting in an appearance. Most of those on exhibition wore old favourites, and there was no room to find fault with any, all being well adapted to produce good stock.; Amongst the draughts were Mr 1C M’lntosh’s pair, Glenlie and Rosebery, Mr J. Stalker’s Northern Chief and Both?well, Mr J, Frizzell’s Lawrence Chief, Mr A. Yates’s Lobum and Mr S. Rodgers's Royal Prince. The carriage class was represented by Orpheus and Blue Gown, thoroughbreds by Banner and Stonyhmat and ponies by Rising Sun and Yeast. There was a fair attendance of those interested in horses, and the committee and secretary (Mr A S. Clarkson) as usual 1 made arrangements for the parade satisfactory to.all concerned.
