A • meeting of the committee of the Pioneer Bicycle Club . was held last night, when the programme for the. electric light meeting was fully gone into. It was reported that the track would be lighted with twelve lamps of 2000. candle-power each, or twice the number of last year. The meeting was fixed to" take place on Wednesday and Friday in Carnival Week, entries to close on Oct, 24. : Seven new. members were elected, and a great amount of routine business was transacted.
