THE POLO TOURNAMENT.
[Per Press Association.] NAPIER, March 28. The polo tournament was concluded today. In the Savile Cup competition, Wharerengi I. beat Eangitikei by 7 goals to 5, Te Arai beat Wharerengi I. by 11 to 1. A long and obstinately contested match, Oroua v. Wharerengi 1., resulted in a win for the former by 14 to 3. For the Junior Cup, To Arai beat Ruataniwha by 10 to 2. The result is that Oroua wins the' Savile Cup, held for the last two years by Eangitikei, and Te Arai the Junior Cup.
