AN UNWILLING WITNESS.
[Per Press Association.! NEW PLYMOUTH, March 26. At daybreak this morning the Sheriff, accompanied by Inspector M’Govern and a constable, fetched a Maori woman named Tiriwa from Parihaka. The woman was subpoenaed as a witness in the murder case, but failed to appear. A writ of attachment was accordingly served.
