The weather again promises to be fine for to-morrow’s races. Ilex, even with his heavy impost, will be hard to beat in the Hurdles. The Anniversary Handicap seems an open' race, and as St Paul will .be a n absentee, Mr Stead should have no difficulty in again winning the Eclipse Stakes, with either Gold Medallist or Conqueror.
